JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with 7–10 years of experience, ideally with a background in leading Solution Architecture teams, to join our agile delivery teams in London. This role plays a key part in coordinating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains, resolving dependencies, managing risks, and aligning teams toward common technical goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure technical design aligns with architecture and standards.
• Lead and participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and high-level technical design phases.
• Provide accurate sizing estimates (e.g., “T-shirt” estimation) for features and initiatives.
• Drive technical planning for Program Increments (PIs) in SAFe environments.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Work closely with Scrum Teams to maintain code quality and delivery standards.
• Remove blockers and facilitate team delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Oversee integration with external or third-party teams.
• Monitor technical risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Promote continuous improvement and delivery optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7–10 years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior Developer).
• Experience leading Solution Architecture teams in large-scale, agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager/CMS), AWS, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience in software architecture and system design.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
• Proven ability to work in multi-team, cross-functional, and international environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
