Seeking a hands-on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) Lead to deliver enterprise-scale landing zones for a regulated industry client. Lead a junior team, set standards, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Deliver CAF enterprise-scale landing zones
Set engineering standards, patterns, and guardrails
Hands-on technical leadership and mentoring
Ensure compliance and audit readiness

Requirements

Proven delivery of Microsoft CAF landing zones
Hands-on engineering leader
Experience in regulated industries (finance, banking, insurance)
