Technical Lead – Java / Spring Boot | £90,000 to £100,000 | London (Hybrid)

La Fosse are partnering with a high-growth UK SaaS organisation to recruit a Technical Lead for their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Java expert to lead a talented team, shape technical strategy, and build scalable, event-driven systems.

You’ll influence architecture, implement modern microservices and CI/CD practices, and deliver solutions that have a real impact across the business

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on with event-driven systems such as Kafka, SQS or RabbitMQ
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Familiarity with BDD (Behaviour Driven Development).

Compensation:

£90,000 to £100,000 per annum + benefits (including private health insurance)
