Ideal Skills/Experience:-

Deep understanding of GIS, especially IQGeo and related tools (Katapult).

Experience in telecom/utility OSP (Outside Plant) design and engineering.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Ownership: Serve as the go-to expert for the IQGeo platform, its configuration (layers, rules), data models, and integrations.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor engineers on design, fielding, and software best practices (IQGeo, Katapult).

Quality Assurance: Perform QA/QC on designs (poles, spans, drops), ensuring adherence to client standards and utility regulations, and maintain correction logs.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical bridge between fielding teams, backend engineers, project managers, clients, and IQGeo developers.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot complex engineering, logic, and data issues, escalating as needed.

Design & Deployment: Review and validate OSP designs, manage scope changes, and ensure efficient project delivery.

Documentation: Maintain design documentation, QC checklists, and change logs.
