What You’ll Do:
Euroleague Basketball extended its partnership with IMG through to the 2035-36 season, building on the success of the joint venture launched back in 2016.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of the Euroleague contract. Working with the wider production team, you’ll be the point of contact for all things technical, whilst looking for ways to implement new technology within the production.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent contract based in our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be required to work some weekends, unsocial hours and travel may be required throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- To work alongside the Executive Producer, to advise and help implement new technology within the production.
- To work closely with Production Management on the commercial, corporate and client deliverables.
- Contribute in forward planning, idea generation and the ability to think creatively, inspire and coach teams to do the same.
- To produce relevant technical documentation and drawings in advance of each match round.
- Attend match rounds to ensure consistency and the quality of delivery is maintained.
- Scope out efficiencies in workflows where suitable.
- Attend recces where technical input is required.
- Promote a progressive and positive culture within our teams, supporting the values of IMG.
- Support the Sustainability and D&I initiatives across the department.
- Build an environment that drives performance and accountability.
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
- To successfully elevate the quality of production of the Euroleague.
- To recommend and/or implement new technology and enhancements to the World Feed broadcast.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Experience in technical planning of Outside Broadcast deliveries within Europe.
- Experience as a Technical Producer using differing workflows; onsite, remote, etc.
- An understanding of broadcast technologies, including OB and remote workflows, as well as contribution networks.
- Previous experience as an established Technical Lead on a range of events using different workflows.
- Good understanding on TV technical and production techniques.
- An understanding of platform technologies.
- Strong market knowledge.
- Sound commercial skills with an ability to match editorial and commercial objectives.
- The ability to deliver against challenging deadlines.
- Facilitate and deliver change management.
- Experience of managing key client relationships at a senior level.
- An in-depth knowledge of production market trends, both in sport and non-sport.
