The Role
As a Technical Officer, you’ll play a vital role in analysing and interpreting operational performance data, identifying and implementing corrective actions in line with Health & Safety requirements, and escalating and regulatory or performance risks to the Production Manager as needed.
You’ll work collaboratively within a team of Production Engineers, Process Controllers, and Operators to ensure regulatory compliance and high performance across all Bioresources and Dewatering activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse and interpret operational performance information.
- Identify and implement corrective actions, ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Escalate regulatory or performance risks to the Production Manager when needed.
- Create and develop action plans for Bio resources and Dewatering processes.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory obligations.
- Achieve internal company performance targets through effective planning.
- Work together to deliver regulatory compliance and strong performance.
Skills & Experience
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Proven experience working within a regulated environment.
- Confidently monitor and manage treatment assets across a district.
- Use IT, numerical and problem-solving skills to support strong performance.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others to influence stakeholders.
- Show hands-on experience in improving operations and maintenance.
