Job Overview
Britvic is seeking a dynamic and committed Technical Operator to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products that delight our customers. As a Technical Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and operating specialized equipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures, ensuring products meet stringent specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical training or certification in a relevant field is an advantage.
Certifications
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
