Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager who has extensive experience delivering complex programs at scale while working across diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Publishing, and Media. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, security leadership, cloud proficiency, and cross-industry program execution.

We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive high-value outcomes across multiple platforms, with expertise in cybersecurity, multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), legacy platforms and emerging technologies like Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, architecture, security, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment.
• Drive security-first program delivery by integrating best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead cloud transformation and infrastructure programs across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), focusing on scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Lead programs involving modernization of legacy platforms (e.g. iSeries/AS400) ensuring smooth integration with modern cloud services.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; facilitate key ceremonies, resolve delivery blockers, and ensure continuous progress.
• Champion continuous improvement to streamline delivery processes, enhance quality, and increase team velocity using modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Deliver timely and transparent reporting to executive stakeholders, including program status, risk analysis, financials, and strategic insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Guide product strategy and solution design, ensuring focus on building the right solutions, building them well, and delivering them fast.
• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enable intelligent decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay current on evolving technologies, industry trends, and domain-specific regulations in finance, manufacturing, media, and publishing sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical program management, successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record across diverse industries, including financial services, manufacturing, publishing, and media.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform with relevant cloud certifications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
• Experience with legacy platforms such as iSeries/AS400, enabling a strong bridge between traditional enterprise systems and modern cloud native architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, including APIs, microservices, serverless, and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in project and program management tools, including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Models in enterprise contexts is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, risk management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical, data-driven outcomes.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities across globally distributed teams.
