Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Infrastructure Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on system obsolescence and vulnerability remediation. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to do strong planning, scheduling, and executing infrastructure changes, assess outdated technologies, define upgrade strategies, and ensure the timely execution of infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vulnerability reports to identify system obsolescence and security risks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to map outdated technologies and associated servers.
• Define and document upgrade strategies and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to execute upgrade activities.
• Track progress and provide periodic status updates to stakeholders.
• Create detailed reports and risk maps to support decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in infrastructure or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of system obsolescence and vulnerability management.
• Ability to interpret technical reports and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest practical upgrade solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing service management role.
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and risk documentation.
