Our Client a global tech company is hiring a Digital Transformation Project Manager to support system and compliance transformation efforts. This role focuses on documenting Salesforce system changes, troubleshooting issues, and translating complex legal or regulatory requirements into technical deliverables for engineers.
You'll work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, and engineering teams, helping create scalable processes and governance frameworks that support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
4+ years’ experience in system documentation, project coordination, or technical operations
Strong Salesforce system knowledge (case management, workflows, admin tasks)
Experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal ops environments is a plus
Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have:
