What To Expect
This is a newly created role within the Supply Chain team, designed to own and optimise device recovery operations at Raylo. The business has identified this area as a critical growth lever for reducing revenue leakage, recovering lost devices, and improving margins and operational resilience. You’ll report to the VP of Operations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Risk Strategy, and Commercial to build out scalable systems and improve performance against recovery KPIs.
Short-term, you’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and automating core recovery workflows (including integration with Apple Business Manager). Longer-term, you’ll deliver sustained cost savings through process improvements, cross-functional dashboarding, and external supplier negotiations.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield operational area, with measurable impact and clear career growth into broader supply chain or strategy functions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own scalable device recovery operations, from workflows to third-party engagement
- Map current recovery processes and identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and revenue risks
- Design and implement KPIs to track and measure recovery performance over time
- Integrate Apple Business Manager workflows to automate Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Establish strong relationships with external suppliers, negotiating improved recovery terms
- Partner with Legal to launch recovery notices and legal recourse workflows
- Deliver reporting dashboards for cross-functional visibility of recovery performance
- Reduce fraud and loss rates through process tightening and data-driven insights
- Champion continuous improvement, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Commercial
- Own and drive recovery volume targets
You’ll Succeed With
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or device/ asset recovery roles
- Background in fast-paced environments, finance, FMCG or similar operationally complex environments
- Education to a degree level, ideally in a STEM subject
- Strong experience with partner management, negotiation, and commercial execution
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics (Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
- Experience working with asset and device management tools (MDM, e.g., Apple Business Manager, Intune, Jamf, Kandji, AirWatch)
- Expertise in process design, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
- A self-starter mindset with high ownership and a drive for continuous improvement
- Collaborative and effective working style across cross-functional teams
- Passion for Raylo’s sustainability mission and interest in driving real impact through recovery
