The job will cover various activities related to supporting distributors and partners relating to Air to Water heat pumps and cooperation with MHI design/after sales section and MHIAE sales/aftersales team and MHI factor

What will be your main responsibili

• ties?Provide Technical support to distributors / end users / consultants: as, but not limited to, responding to technical queries via e-mail or phone; Investigate any issues with units using service tool; Visit site for commissioning/trouble shooting; Submit reports for technical support; calculate performance and/or cost-saving ben
• efitsCollaborate with European manufacturers to provide solution to enhance the sales of MHI pro
• ductsincludes Maintain collaboration with European manufactures (Water tank, Plate heat exchanger, etc...); Research the Sales solution/Service solution for MHI pro
