Technical Services Manager

• Notice periods of 1 month or less would be useful
• Mon to Fri, regular hours - site based in the Reading area
• 58 - 70k plus private healthcare

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to manage engineering maintenance delivery across the large and complex site in the Greater Reading area

This role will manage an engineering team across M&E, Fabric and small Projects within a fast moving facilities environment. The team are tasked to delivery against a PPM and Reactive regimen

We are really looking for a confident Maintenance Manager well versed within FM, having an established track record of strong team leadership, driving performance, gathering stakeholder buy in and ensuring the team meet contractual and compliance requirements. This is a traditional, more hands on Technical leadership role

You will be the motor behind this, while also working closely with the Project Management team, Account Director, Soft Services and various customer stakeholders

Actions will include:

• Manage the engineering team with an eye on best performance
• Assess supply chain performance
• Work with wider Account stakeholders
• Ensure the team are meeting stat compliance
• Upskill the Engineering team
• Work with an innovative mindset to best improve processes

We need from you:

• An engineering qualification, clear Maintenance experience and a strong record in management
