Technical Solutions Consultant

Location: Warwick (Hybrid )

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join technology services organisation supporting the automotive sector. Sitting within the CTO organisation, you’ll act as the technical bridge between business units and solution delivery teams — helping shape and cost technology solutions in response to client RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with solution leads and business units to assess incoming RFPs/RFIs and determine the best-fit solution (build, buy, or hybrid).
Collaborate with internal technical teams across Infrastructure Operations, Product Engineering, Security & Compliance, PMO, and Enterprise Applications to design scalable solutions.
Pull together solution architectures, delivery models, and cost estimates for proposals.
Provide technical oversight during early delivery stages, ensuring alignment with customer and internal expectations.

Ideal Profile

Large-scale systems integration or managed services environments.
Designing or supporting BPO, helpdesk, or technical support services.
Working with diverse technology stacks (.NET, Java, AI/ML, SaaS, Python).
Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
Strong communication skills – able to collaborate across international teams and translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
