About The Role
As a Technical Supervisor, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient delivery of
Mechanical and Electrical maintenance activities across the Dartford River
Crossing and tunnel.
Managing a team of M&E Maintenance Technicians and overseeing the work
of subcontractors, you’ll help maintain the safety and compliance of all work
activities, conduct site visits, carry out regular briefings and debriefings, and
contribute to the development of risk assessments and method statements.
You’ll also play an active role in driving continuous improvement, identifying
cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with
operational needs. Your effective leadership will support the long-term
success of the M25 network, ensuring it remains safe, resilient and in top
condition.
