This role is integral to providing high-quality technical support, supplier management, monitoring, and customer communication. As part of a dynamic team operating within a 24/7 shift environment, you will work standard core business hours and be responsible for monitoring and managing faults through to resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity for career progression, with full training provided to enhance your technical skills across a range of networking and telecommunication technologies. The role involves a hybrid work model, with two days on-site in Harrogate and the remainder working from your home office. The starting salary is £27,500, with an increase to £30,000 following a successful probation period.
