Job Position: Technical Support Dispatcher
Based in: Aylesbury/Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Salary: Starting from at least £27.5k + Competitive Annual Bonus c. 20%

The Technical Support Dispatcher will form part of our highly experienced & dedicated Technical Support Team.
The role is responsible for providing 1st Line support to our customers who have technical queries. This includes logging calls, acquiring key technical information, communicating and working with third parties to resolve calls. In addition specific the position includes the responsibility for the creation of customer reports on support progress and proactive curtsey calling to ensure customers satisfaction with the level of service provided.
