About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and technically capable Technical Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide hands-on IT support to end users and business systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

This position is ideal for professionals with solid technical foundations who are ready to take ownership of support tasks and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users on-site and remotely
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
Support Windows desktops/laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory / Entra ID)
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems
Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams when required
Follow ITIL-aligned support processes and security best practices

Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a Technical Support / IT Support / Service Desk role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user administration
Exposure to endpoint management or security tools
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent)
Experience supporting users in a corporate or enterprise environment
