We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Technical Support Engineer based at our Dover HQ.
This is an exciting technical support role that requires strong electrical knowledge gained from installing and testing electrical installations in both commercial and industrial settings to BS7671 and BS2391 standards. Practical experience as an electrician is essential, as you’ll need to relate directly to the work our customers do on site.
In this role, you’ll provide expert technical support across Megger’s product range—including Low Voltage Instruments (LVI), General Electrical Test (GET) equipment, battery systems, and rotating machines—acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams. You’ll support pre- and post-sales activities, bridge global sales teams and the Dover site, and help drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.
