Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located in Longbridge. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivering technical training programs to dealership technicians and staff. Key tasks include hands-on technical training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The individual will also stay current with new automotive technologies and industry best practices to ensure training programs are up-to-date and effective.
Qualifications
- Technical Training skills
- Automotive Technical Knowledge and Hands-on Experience
- Strong Organizational and Time-management skills
- Knowledge of new automotive technologies and industry best practices
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role is a plus
