What You Will Do
You will be delivering the highest standards of work - providing technical training both Internally (to colleagues) and Externally (customers) and on occasion (third parties). Using your experience in the Traffic Management industry to identify, plan and delivery suitable training solutions. You will also:
- Development and build of e-learning materials supporting technical upskilling of employees.
- Liaise and work with the Engineering Team to develop training materials for new and existing products prior to product release/updates where possible.
- Support the delivery of the Corporate Induction to new starters from across the UK&I Region.
- Assess and evaluate the impact of training by identifying and agreeing key operational metrics.
- Represent the company at corporate events including but not limited to conferences, training events, school and college engagement activities.

What We Are Looking For
- Ability to absorb, interpret and share technical knowledge with the wider business including technical and non-technical elements.
- Creating engaging and interactive training materials - that can be absorbed with and with out direction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full Driver’s Licence (Clean)
- Occasionally national and international travel.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and any experience installing, maintaining and testing would be an advantage.
