Technical Writer

Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe. We’re now entering an exciting new chapter in Ooni’s journey. As part of our growth strategy, we’re strengthening our core technical capabilities within our product team and that's where you come in. We’re looking for a customer-focused Technical Writer to join our product development team in Broxburn, West Lothian. If you find yourself interacting with products, thinking “I have no idea how I am supposed to use this, they should be explaining it better” then keep reading. This role is all about ensuring all of our product guidance is clear, concise and easy to understand so our customers can get the most out of their products from day 1 of usage

What you’ll

• doLive and breath Ooni products so you can translate complex product features into easy to understand guidance for our custom
• ersEmbody our value of rigour, ensuring documentation is delivered to a world class level of detail but with maximum accessibil
• ityCreate the content for physical and online technical documentation, including packaging, user manuals, essential guides and F
• AQsImplement processes and ways of working that expedite and control the consistency and quality of Ooni documentat
• ionWork with stakeholders across the business including product development, compliance, legal and marketing teams to ensure consistency and understand
• ingEnsure all documentation meets relevant legal requirements in each of our mark
