Role Summary

Join our Engineering team within the Cargo Vehicle Inspection (CVI)division, where you'll play a key role in developing clear, user-friendly technical documentation across the product lifecycle—from concept to aftersales. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce manuals, guides, and training materials that support operators, service engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and gather technical information across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Create and maintain:
• - Operator manuals
• - Service and warranty documentation
• - Technical reference guides
• - Build process and work plans
• - Wiring and mechanical drawing packages
• - Training and presentation materials
• Ensure documentation meets project deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage document revisions and maintain a structured publication library.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and diagnostic processes.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Hands-on approach and a background in manufacturing or engineering.

Qualifications & Tools

• HNC or equivalent in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing).
• Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Apprenticeship or practical experience in a technical field is highly desirable.
