Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician ready to take the next step in your career with an award-winning family business? Busseys—one of Norfolk’s most respected motor retailers for over a century—is now offering an exciting opportunity to join our highly skilled and motivated aftersales team at Hall Road, Norwich.

You’ll be working on a dynamic combination of advanced Peugeot models and the latest electric and hybrid vehicles from BYD (Build Your Dreams)—the world’s largest EV manufacturer and the fastest-growing car brand in the UK.

This is a full-time 40-hour role across just 4 working days per week. Saturday rota work is available and paid in addition. We offer flexibility where possible, including adaptable shift patterns to suit the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (Level 2 and less experienced candidates will be considered)
•  Previous Main Dealer experience is an advantage but not essential
•  Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
•  Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
•  Full UK driving licence

The Company

At Busseys we celebrated our 100 years back in 2023, but this business is all about looking forward. In fact, even since that milestone we have seen so many changes in an ever-evolving market which we always adapt to. Of course, we remain the Premier Ford outlet in East Anglia and our Ford Dealership in Norwich typifies the Adventurous Spirit of this exciting franchise. But we never stand still so we opened our first BYD dealership in 2024 which is going from strength to strength plus our INEOS centre based in Attleborough only goes to show the diverse nature of our business as we always strive to serve the communities in which we operate.
