As a Technology Architecture Specialist- PXM (Product Experience Management), you will: Partner with clients to help create and deliver consistent product experience across digital channels. Your focus will be on designing and implementing Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions that streamline product data strategy, digital experience and commerce enablement to ensure products are discoverable and engaging across various channels.
Responsibilities Include:
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their digital commerce goal and product engagement channels.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through enriched product experience.
Solution Design:
Develop tailored PXM strategies and solution blueprints that align with client needs.
Ensure seamless integration of PXM systems with existing platforms (e.g., CMS, DAM, ERP and marketplaces).
Design scalable data models and taxonomies for structured and unstructured product data.
Implementation & Integration:
Lead or support the deployment of PXM systems, managing data migration, configuration, and system integration.
Map product data flows across PIM, DAM, CMS, ERP, commerce platforms, and marketplaces.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and IT teams to define product enrichment workflows.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring successful adoption and optimal use of PXM solutions.
Develop documentation and guidelines to standardise asset management practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with emerging trends in product experience management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations.

This role specifically is to recruit candidates with experience in Fulfilment - Global Trade Management. The job description is as per below:
Role Details:
Design solutions that solve the challenges faced by the client.
Lead a project team to run workshops to analyze client requirements.
Involve in the Project Management for the digital solution implementations.
Involve in proposal preparations.
Train and develop new team members.
Upskill and re-skill depending on the Practice needs.
Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (selling or delivering) successful transformation and innovation agenda.
Other additional roles aligned to Practice needs.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Experience in product experience management, digital commerce, or product content operations.
Proven experience in implementing or supporting PXM systems (Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, etc)
Strong understanding of product taxonomy, metadata, attributes, lifecycle management, content syndication and data workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating PXM systems with CMS, DAM, and marketplace platforms.
Familiarity with data governance, catalog completeness, and enrichment KPIs.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience with leading enterprise level PXM digital transformation projects.
Certifications in Akeneo, Salsify, etc.
Exposure to headless and composable architecture.
Qualifications:
Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business Administration/Software Engineering/International Trade
Minimum 6+ years in a Top tier Consulting firm or in a Supply Chain Function in Consumer Goods/ Semiconductor / Retail / Automotive/ Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry
Demonstrated experience in Consulting and/or leading mid-large sized teams on large scale digital solution implementation programs.
The candidate MUST HAVE experience in:
Designing and implementing transactional processes for duty savings and optimizing customs declaration processes in line with information services solutions.
Managing change request from Supply Chain operations & strategic initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.
Ensuring trade compliance shipments comply with numerous countries laws, regulations & sanctions.
Managing HS Codes identification & tagging in a digital platform.
Ensuring products that require permits & licenses are obtained before shipments.
Understanding Free Trade Agreements and realized duty savings.
It will be an added advantage if:
The candidate has successfully acquired the Authorized Economic Operator certification for the organization.
The candidate has experience with implementing or using SAP in GTS, Oracle Global Trade Management, Infor Nexus Global Trade Solution or E2Open GTM module
The candidate has additional functional experience such as Demand & Supply Planning, Network Design, Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management with relevant digital solutions.
The candidate has a Master’s in Business Administration.
