We're Hiring: Technology Lead – OpenSystem
Are you a skilled Tech Lead with hands-on experience in AWS and Python looking to lead impactful projects? Join our team in Nottingham and take ownership of modern cloud-native solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Role: Technology Lead – OpenSystem
Location: Nottingham, UK (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Certifications: NASSCOM/NAPBS certified
Core Skills We're Looking For:
- AWS Cloud services with Python (preferably with Django)
- AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, AppSync
- RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Agile methodologies, TDD, and pair programming
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of scalable AWS cloud systems
- Build and maintain backend services using Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and AppSync
- Develop and manage robust RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints
- Apply development best practices (TDD, clean code, pair programming)
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams
Experience Required:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant technical experience
- Prior leadership or ownership of technical solutions is a plus
