Technology Project Manager

To guide this exciting journey, we have established a new Project Delivery team Tech365 that’s transforming operations through multi-year, high-value programmes which span multiple business units. The team will play a key role in defining how enterprise-wide transformation is delivered, with visibility and sponsorship at the highest levels.

Your Role

As a Project Manager you will take responsibility for delivering key initiatives focused on standardising and automating business processes and systems across the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, confident decision making, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to managing the full project lifecycle — from initiation to delivery and benefit realisation.

What you'll bring

• You will have experience of delivering technology and / or business change projects using a structured methodologies.
• You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering on time and to budget as well as working with the business to ensure objectives and business benefits are achieved.
• You will have the ability to deal with risks and issues as they arise, whilst following agreed project governance processes.
• There is an expectation that you will be on site in Liverpool for a minimum of 3 days each week

Preferred experience:

• A background in delivering a wide range of projects including both elements of technology and business change.
• Management of third party companies and commercial contracts during the project lifecycle.
• Previous experience of delivering projects through Matrix Management.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, ensuring effective engagement of all stakeholders through the delivery of a project.
• Prince2 project management experience or equivalent.
• Ideally some experience working with Operational Technologies (OT) or Industrial Control Systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing competing priorities and able to adapt to changing requirements
