About The Telephone Estate Agent Role
As a
Telephone Estate Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our branch’s lead generation and client engagement. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify new sales leads, arrange valuations and viewings, and play a vital role in supporting the sales pipeline from start to finish. This is a perfect fit for someone with telesales, customer service, or estate agency experience who enjoys a target-driven environment and wants to develop a rewarding career in property.
Key Responsibilities - Telephone Estate Agent
📞
Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls to connect with potential buyers and sellers.
- Build rapport quickly and represent Bourne Estate Agents in a professional and engaging way.

Lead Qualification
- Qualify property sales leads accurately and efficiently, ensuring they align with company criteria.
- Update and maintain detailed client records in our CRM system.

Booking Valuations & Viewings
- Book valuations for potential vendors and coordinate property viewings for buyers.
- Liaise with negotiators and valuers to ensure appointments are confirmed and followed up.

Client Relationship Management
- Nurture relationships with vendors and buyers through regular phone updates and follow-ups.
- Be the go-to point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service at every stage.

Sales Support
- Assist the wider sales team with offer management, negotiations, and deal progression.
- Contribute ideas to marketing strategies to help attract new instructions.

Performance & Targets
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call activity, appointments, and conversions.
- Stay up to date with the local property market to provide confident, knowledgeable advice.
Key Skills & Experience - Telephone Estate Agent
✅ Previous experience as a
Telephone Estate Agent, telesales executive, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
✅ Excellent phone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Resilient, energetic, and driven by targets and performance goals.
✅ Good knowledge of the property market or an eagerness to learn fast.
✅ Strong organisation and time management skills to handle a busy workload.
✅ Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other communication tools.
✅ Estate agency experience or relevant qualifications (NAEA) are an advantage but not essential — full training provided.
