Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive based onsite at our Christchurch location. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to sell Pall-Ex Logistics & storage solutions & services. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The Telesales Executive will also be required to meet sales targets, update customer records in the CRM system, and report on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
