Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and support our sales department in acquiring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various channels to help grow our customer base.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Utilise lead generation software to identify prospects
- Communicate effectively and engage with a diverse customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Requirements
- Previous experience in Telesales preferably in Telecom & IT products
- Strong communication skills to engage with potential customers effectively
