Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Temp HR Advisor, located in Milton Keynes with some work-from-home opportunities. The Temp HR Advisor will be responsible for providing HR support, including handling employee relations cases, advising on HR policies and procedures, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Additional tasks include assisting with HR projects, maintaining accurate HR records, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Charities sector ( desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Previous HR experience is essential
