We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for one month, based at a site in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid facilities management experience to step into a short-term assignment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of building operations to ensure smooth running and compliance with all safety and operational standards
• Monitor and manage building systems with a focus on Daikin heating and cooling units
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for planned and reactive maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to any issues as they arise
• Liaise with tenants, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is maintained
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is kept up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Building Manager or Facilities Manager role is essential
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Daikin heating and cooling systems
• Ideally holds a good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, although this is not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Available to start in two weeks and commit to the full one-month assignment
