Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Manage and organise diaries, appointments, and meetings effectively.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the SLT.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Ensure efficient filing and document management systems are maintained.
Assist in the organisation and coordination of events and projects.

Profile

A successful Temporary School PA should have:

Previous experience in a PA or administrative support role within a professional setting.
ENHANCED DBS IN PLACE
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
