Stroke Physiotherapist

Band 6 - £38, 682 - £46,580

23 hrs per week

Fixed Term - 10 months

Responsibilities

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stroke Physiotherapist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave within the Community Neurology and Community Stroke Teams.

Locala Community Rehabilitation Service provides high quality care to patients in their own homes, rehabilitation clinics, care homes and other community settings.

This role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within this established service and it is essential that you are able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of treating patients following stroke and neurological deficit is essential.

There are opportunities to train staff within the team and receive support to develop your own knowledge and experience, good communication skills and flexibility are essential qualities. If you are able to use your own initiative, be flexible in your approach, and are motivated to be part of a developing service, come and join us.
