Contract: Temporary for 9 Months

About This Opportunity

Cumberland Council is looking for a dedicated�Tenancy Sustainment Officer�to support individuals at risk of homelessness, including rough sleepers and new refugees. You�ll manage a varied caseload, providing tailored support to help people maintain stable housing and access vital services. From assisting with Universal Credit applications to coordinating multi-agency support plans, your work will be central to our mission of ending rough sleeping across the region.

We�re seeking someone with experience in housing or homelessness services, strong knowledge of safeguarding and welfare systems, and excellent communication skills.
