As a Tender Monitoring Analyst, you’ll be the go-to contact for internal teams and external procurement stakeholders, keeping tender monitoring running smoothly. You’ll track opportunities, manage communications, support bid submissions, and ensure compliance. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility and help the team improve processes with technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor procurement portals and manage tender opportunities
Support bid submissions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the shared mailbox and ensure timely responses
Maintain accurate tracking tools and submit required certifications
Escalate issues, ensure SLA compliance, and share tenders with sales teams
Identify process improvements and ensure consistent service levels
Support the Tender Management Lead with requirements and reporting
Provide guidance to colleagues and compile service delivery metrics
Here’s What You Need
Previous experience of working in a simlar role
Fluent English (oral and written)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
Flexibility to support working hours for your Market Unit and business needs
Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge of procurement processes (especially public sector)
Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
