Description

We are proud to be working with one of partner businesses to recruit a Southwest Territory Manager to join their industry-leading team. This role sits in a people-focused company, with a management philosophy that permits full autonomy to their sales team. This role offers a generous salary and an enhanced benefits package. This role would suit an experienced salesperson from within veterinary, who is confident in their ability to deliver, and is keen to self-manage. Experience in companion or large animal sales would be desirable.

Candidates must be based in Southwest England/South Wales to be considered for this role. Candidates must have veterinary sales experience to be considered for this role.

The Role:

Manage and grow your own territory, developing long-term relationships with veterinary practices
Drive sales and meet targets
Develop expert product knowledge on a portfolio spanning companion and large animal
Represent the business at industry shows
Drive long term business relationships
Offer market insights from the performance and feedback of your territory

Requirements:

Proven veterinary sales experience
Strong "soft skills" and an ability to create and build relationships
Self-driven, organised and target-focused
Full UK driving licence required
Team player who is keen to join a thriving and supportive team
