Job Title: Territory Operations Manager

Reporting to: Regional Operations Director

Location: Field Based - Dorset, Hampshire, Bucks, Bedfordshire

Travel: 75%-80% travel to regional clients

Salary: Basic salary up to, £50,000

Package: up to £20,000 bonus and £6,000 car allowance per annum

Who are you?


As Territory Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins of operational excellence across Customer Success and Workforce Success in your region. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring our healthcare professionals and clients receive nothing short of exceptional service — every time.

Your role is key to driving satisfaction, boosting performance, and fuelling growth. You’ll be working with passionate teams across Sales, Central Operations, and Product, aligning vision with execution and turning strategic plans into reality.


What You’ll Do:


Lead the Charge on Customer & Workforce Success

  • Craft and execute a powerful territory operations strategy.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing teams with a culture of ownership and growth.
  • Own KPIs across satisfaction, performance, and experience.
  • Be the voice of both the customer and the care professional in your region.

Drive Engagement, Growth & Retention

  • Build strong partnerships with key clients and workforce leaders.
  • Ensure smooth operations from onboarding to issue resolution.
  • Reduce churn, boost loyalty, and deliver quality care every day.

Optimise Operational Delivery

  • Bring playbooks to life with streamlined, scalable processes.
  • Turn data into insights that inform decisions and drive action.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Ops to ensure unity of purpose.

Be a Trusted Leader & Influencer

  • Report on territory performance and opportunities at the highest levels.
  • Partner with the VP of HealthForce and other leaders to shape the future.
  • Represent the brand proudly at events, customer meetings, and forums.


What You Bring:


  • Proven leadership in operations, healthcare, healthtech, or service sectors.
  • Mastery in managing both customer-facing and internal teams.
  • A strategic mind with a bias for action and performance
  • Communication, data, and decision-making skills that inspire trust and results.
  • A problem-solving spirit and a calm hand under pressure.
