The Role

As Implant Sales Manager, you’ll cover the South of England, working with dentists and their teams to support them in delivering successful implant treatments. You’ll inherit an established customer base and focus on growing the territory by developing new relationships, providing hands on support and becoming a trusted partner to practices.

This role is about more than sales - it’s about using your clinical and practice knowledge to guide dental teams, provide in surgery support and help practices deliver better outcomes for their patients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing in surgery support during implant cases & helping teams feel confident with the system.
• Training and supporting dentists, nurses and treatment coordinators on the product range.
• Managing stock and preparing practices for upcoming implant cases.
• Building strong, long term relationships with practices across your territory.
• Identifying and engaging new practices that could benefit from the system.
• Representing the company at exhibitions and events to raise brand awareness.

About You

• Knows how a dental practice runs - whether from working chairside, managing a team or coordinating treatments.
• Has a confident, engaging personality and can build relationships with dental professionals.
• Is proactive, organised and ready to step into a fast paced, commercial role.
• Has a genuine interest in helping practices succeed and delivering great patient outcomes.
• Wants a role that gives variety, independence and the chance to grow professionally.

Previous sales experience isn’t essential - your clinical or practice background and the right attitude are what matter most. Full training and support will be provided.
