We're Hiring: Test Analyst | £35K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Surrey-based)
A leading SaaS software company is looking for a Test Analyst to join their growing and award-winning team.
With a strong track record in powering smart shipping solutions for major retailers and logistics providers, this is an opportunity to make an impact at a company driving innovation.
📍 Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid working available) 2 days a week onsite
💰 Salary: c.£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
🕒 Hours: 35 hours/week, flexible between 8am and 6pm
🧑 💼 Reports to: Test Delivery Manager
What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead end-to-end testing across multiple Agile projects
🔹 Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
🔹 Own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
🔹 Mentor junior team members and support their development
🔹 Ensure quality assurance and test governance across delivery
🔹 Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
What You’ll Bring
✅ hands-on software testing experience
✅ Strong experience with API, web, mobile, and cross-platform testing
✅ Skilled in Agile/Scrum and familiar with tools like JIRA, TFS, ALM
✅ Comfortable working with C#, .NET, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI
✅ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Bonus if you have: Automation testing experience (e.g. Selenium), logistics industry exposure, ISTQB certification
