Test Analyst

Test Analyst - £300 outside IR35 - London (3 days per week in the office)

La Fosse have partnered with a leading media organization to find a skilled Test analyst with hands-on experience testing enterprise IT systems and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, content-driven environments and can confidently navigate ambiguity while ensuring robust quality standards across critical IT processes.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in QA roles focused on enterprise IT systems
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and digital operations
• Ability to design test cases independently from user stories or requirements
• Proficiency with test frameworks and automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow (including ATF, CMDB, and service catalog modules)
• Exposure to IT operations within media or digital content environments
• Familiarity with agile workflows and fast-paced release cycle
