£30,000 – 45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As Systems Test Engineer, you will be experienced on testing on all parts of the product development lifecycle reporting to the Lead Systems Test Engineer and working to support the Systems and Test Architect and DV&V Manager. A mixture of hands-on work alongside Laboratory Technician and System Engineers, underpinned by documentation drafting, maintenance, training and execution of test designs and test protocols against agreed technical requirements within the QMS.

As the preferred candidate for the role of Systems Test Engineer you’ll have:

• Experience in working with high-integrity embedded systems i.e. complex devices requiring multidisciplinary development effort (mechanical engineering, software, electronics, system integration, pneumatics, fluid mechanics, etc) performing a variety of testing activity.

• Experience of working with requirements management systems, document management systems, issue management systems.

• Experience of practice of instrument calibration and traceability to national standards.

• Experience of test rig design, build and qualification.

• Experience of using automated test tools.
