Test Lead

Test Lead - Solihull - Permanent (Hybrid 2 days a week) - £60,000 to £70,000

No sponsorship is available for this role. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to the office at least 2 days per week.

La Fosse is partnering with a leading facilities management client to recruit a Test Lead who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile, business-critical projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the testing strategy, shape processes, and work in a dynamic environment with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Established effective reporting frameworks to track test progress and quality metrics
• Led cross-functional teams in a matrix management environment, ensuring collaboration across multiple stakeholders
• Evaluated and implemented test automation tools (Selenium)
• Directed and coordinated System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations, building strong relationships, and driving stakeholder alignment.

Interview process: 2 stages

1st stage = QA Manager

2nd stage = QA Manager & Senior Stakeholder
