Test Lead – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, London) – £90,000 to 100,000 - Javascript experience
You must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.
We are working with a well-established financial services organisation seeking a skilled Test Lead to take ownership of their QA function.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in test automation—particularly with JavaScript/TypeScript—and a strong background in mobile automation.
Key requirements:
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern test frameworks.
- Significant experience in quality engineering leadership and automation strategy.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks such as Playwright
- Experience with mobile automation (React Native, Appium, XCUITest).
- Proven ability to embed QA processes in a fast-paced, agile software development environment.
- Experience in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Octopus).

Compensation:
£90,000 to £100,00 per annum + exciting benefits package
