This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at the client location approximately 4 to 6 days per month
• Experience of working in collaborative with stakeholder management and influencing skills
• 10 years’ experience of testing with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions within financial services including writing key governance documentation and reporting
• Demonstrable previous experience of working on significant organisation change projects
• Ability to work pro-actively with third-party suppliers to ensure that appropriate test evidence and governance documentation are provided in line with IMS standards
• Previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, requiring delivery to tight timelines whilst maintaining quality standards
• Delivery within both agile and waterfall frameworks
• Experience mentoring other staff to drive up capability
Insurance Experience
• Experience of testing and managing insurance end to end journeys
• Experience of testing and managing various channels
• Experience of testing and managing new claims, existing claims etc
• Experience of financial separation programmes with transformation across some components of the insurance applications and supporting infrastructure
