About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities for RIFT Phase.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder management and a proven track record in managing end-to-end testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams.
• Manage and oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth testing execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and defect resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT coordination
• Proven expertise in London Market Insurance
• Excellent communication skills
