Scrub ODPs and Scrub Nurses – Bank / Temporary Shifts Available

We offer fantastic opportunities to develop your skills across a wide range of Trauma and Orthopaedic procedures. The hospital has 6 theatre complexes with 18 theatres, and bank staff may also support other areas across the Trust to help meet service needs.

Please note, this role does not attract sponsorship and Priority consideration will be given to candidates who can provide cover for Bank twilight shifts and on-call duties.

As part of our team, you will help deliver the highest standard of evidence-based perioperative care, contributing to excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

We are strongly committed to education and professional development. Our Education Facilitator, along with Team Leaders, will support you through preceptorship programs

, continuing professional development, and career progression within the Trust. As a bank staff member, you will also have the potential to gain experience across all areas of the perioperative environment should you wish, allowing you to broaden your skills and expertise.
