An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join our Therapies team, based at Ysbyty Gwynedd. In this key role you will support the day-day operational and administrative functions across the therapy service. Working under the guidance of the Business Manager and Therapies Management Team, you will help maintain efficient office systems, delivery a patient focused booking system and contribute to a cohesive and supportive administrative function.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the Physiotherapy Head of Service, the Deputies, and the teams they manage with secretarial and administration tasks and will be a point of contact for staff within the service with administrative queries. They will also be responsible for line management, support and supervision of delegated A&C staff employed within the service.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines with minimal supervision and a commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
This is a vital position within the team, playing an important part in ensuring high quality care and services for our patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
