Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure regional service delivery targets are managed, with focus on optimising the deployment of the regions’ team of engineers.
- Liaise with technical management in highlighting performance issues concerning the regions’ engineers.
- Running daily reports to capture new maintenance contracts and new service repairs.
- Corresponding with customers via phone and email for booking in service work.
- Ensuring all work details are inputted in to the job descriptions for the engineering team.
- General office duties, answering telephone enquiries and re-directing calls.
- Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Previous planning experience, preferably with field engineers.
- Experience of working with bespoke planning software, arranging service engineers’ calls.
- Liaison with parts supply and sales departments.
- Telephone skills.
- Computer literate.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
