Role Description

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer with strong expertise in TIBCO 6.x / 6.3 environments and hands-on experience in migrating applications to Java-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integration patterns, RESTful services, JSON, and backend databases such as Oracle DB and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on migration projects from TIBCO (6 / 6.3) applications to Java architectures.

Design, develop, and maintain integration services using REST, JSON, and other APIs.

Collaborate with architects and business teams to ensure smooth migration and integration.

Work with Oracle DB and SQL Server for data integration, queries, and optimization.

Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensure application reliability.

Document technical solutions, best practices, and migration processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in TIBCO BW 6 / 6.3 environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java development (Spring Boot, Microservices preferred).

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and service-oriented architectures.

Strong database skills with Oracle DB and SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

Experience in application integration and migration projects.

Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence).
